She is not afraid of the mall. She rarely shops there but when she does, there is no question of being intimidated by the overzealous salespeople. She never forgets that they are people. It's only $40, discounted to $20 just for her! She appreciates the gesture, but she wasn't planning on buying this product today, so she won't.
